Third bulletin of the Italian Ministry of Health (Ministerio della Salute) of 16 April 2020 on the excess mortality due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Italy until the beginning of April. It has risen sharply in northern Italy. It is particularly alarmingly high in the cities of Bergamo, Brescia, Piacenza and Pesaro.
